This week, British manufacturer MG Sportswear stepped in to fulfil an order for Team Nigeria's Commonwealth Games kit after a last-minute supplier let down. Superbalist partners with M&C Saatchi Abel's Street Store on its post pandemic return, and adidas announced 'Finding Beauty,' a collection of sportswear and adidas originals pieces in collaboration with Thebe Magugu. The CIAFE language centre is introducing an Italian fundamentals course this September, and the International Woolmark Prize is now open for 2023 entries.

The Assembly Hub Nigeria, a community platform for ambitious fashion industry talent, has opened applications to their new career development program SPARK, for creatives interested in product management, digital marketing, branding or content creation & strategy niches in tech.
